Corporate Brand Video

Our latest work...

The Howard Hughes Corporation (HHC) brought us in to create a video that truly captured their brand. This piece will give new partners a glimpse of the HHC culture as they join one of the many exciting real estate projects in development across the U.S.

Corporate Video Production

The most common type of project we film is a corporate video (sometimes also called an industrial or marketing video). The purpose of a piece like this is to help promote or inform. It could be designed to influence a potential customer or client towards a specific call to action. Or it could be designed for internal use to inspire a group of employees.

Each video is a combination of script, location, talent, music, graphics...all of it. Everything must be carefully layered so that it becomes one seamless experience for the viewer. That's where we come in. We have team members who specialize in each step of the process to make your finished piece exactly what you had in mind (and more).

Commercial Video Production

Let the fun begin!

In the past commercials were primarily destined for broadcast television. However, more and more of our clients ask us to create commercials that will be deployed digitally. In order to get noticed a good commercial has to be part story, part entertainment and visually arresting!

One of the main differences between a commercial and a corporate video is length. A commercial is generally (but not always) shorter. Usually between 30-90 seconds long. It is used to target a specific product or niche as opposed to a broader marketing video. And a commercial usually has more production value, with insane detail paid to each and every frame that goes into the finished piece.

Documentary Style Video

This type of format can be very impactful because it connects the viewer to the universal elements of human existence. It may focus on struggle, triumph, adversity or even something simple but profound. Often this type of video focuses less on high production value and polish and leans more towards a natural, raw type filming style to capture the events as they happen.

A documentary-style video takes a real story, documents it, and then it gets edited into the form of a story to have maximum impact on the viewer. The power of this type of video lies in the fact that it is real life. When you know the people you are seeing and hearing are real...it can command a dramatic reaction from the viewer.

As viewers become savvier (and some might say cynical) this approach is used by small to large companies to communicate a message in a way that is more relatable and easier for the target audience to receive.

Narrative Film

Another type of video we enjoy creating is narrative films. This is what most people simply refer to as "movies". It is a story (fictional or based on true events) that utilizes actors and a script to share a message, tell a story or simply to entertain.

Interestingly, narrative films are actually very effective when used as part of a marketing strategy. The power of this genre lies in its ability to bypass the analytical part of the viewer's brain and appeal directly to their imagination. When they find themselves transported from their barcalounger in Dallas to a spaceship headed for Mars they quickly let their guard down as they find themselves drawn in by the power of story.
